    # Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    # Carrots, raw, 1.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    # Peas, frozen, 2 cup (remove)
    # Scallions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    # Mushrooms, fresh, 6.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    # Cashew Nuts, oil roasted (salt added), 2.5 cup, halves and whole (remove)
    # Butter, unsalted, 6 tbsp (remove)
    # *Soy Sauce, 1.5 cup (remove)
    # Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove)


prepare rice
stir fry mushrooms, peas, carrots
add zucchini & scallions
stir in prepared rice
scramble eggs
mix eggs with rice mixture
add soy sauce
stir, and cook until hot.
