Introduction
I came up with this soup, so I would have a filling low cal snack if I became too hungry. I was souper surprised it had so many essential vitamins in it. A win win if you ask me. Enjoy! Ingredients
49.5oz can 98%fat free Chicken broth
2cups whole Spinich
2cups choped Cabbage
2cups choped Fennel
1cup Onion diced
1cup sliced Parsnip
pepper to taste
3tbs fish sauce (optional)
Directions
It's so easy just pour the fat free or 98% fat free chicken broth in a sauce pan bring to a boil throw the rest in. 10-15 min it’s done. I added fish sauce to give it a Japanese taste. You can omit it if you like.
