Ingredients



    * *Flour, white, 4 cup
    * Olive Oil, .33 cup
    * Water, tap, 1.5 cup
    * Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Makes 2 pizzas, 12 pcs each (24 servings per recipe.)


Mix salt into flour. Dissolve yeast in 1.5 cups very warm but not hot water. Slowly drizzle olive oil into flour mixture while stirring (you can also use a mixer with paddle attachment). Then mix in water with yeast. Form into ball. Lightly oil a second bowl and coat dough ball with that oil, place in fridge covered until ready to use. Makes 2 crusts, keeps 3-4 days, ages well.

When ready to bake, flour hands and spread 1/2 of dough out in lightly oiled pan. Top as you like, bake 10-12 min at 500 degrees F.
