Introduction

Tasty vegetable smoked sausage soup. Tasty vegetable smoked sausage soup.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Saute onion, kielbasa, garlic, celery.
    Add chopped kale without ribs.
    Add quartered potatoes (small to medium size pieces).
    Add 1 t. hot pepper sauce, paprika, lemon pepper, Mediterranean Spice mixture.
    Add beans.
    Add 2-3 cans low sodium chicken broth.

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot.
Cook on low 6-8 hours or 4-6 on high.
Serve with crackers, warm bread, or biscuits.
Serving size 1.5 cups.
