    Success Brown Rice, 1 cup
    Red Gold Tomatoes and green Chilies, 0.5 cup
    *Pam - Olive Oil Spray 4 second spray, 3 serving
    Kirkland Can Chicken Breast, 1.5 oz
    S & W Black Beans, 1 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, 1 serving


Make Rice
In other pan brown the onion & chicken with Pam Spray. Add Black Bean and Tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Top Rice with Mixture.
Top with Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
