Introduction

Ingredients

    Curry
    3 tbsp evoo
    1 block tofu
    1 can Stewed Tomatoes
    Garlic (fresh or 'canned')
    Onion Flakes
    Any other seasonings (I added a bit of Mrs. Dash Southwest chipotle)
    Optional: Fresh or Frozen Veggies

Directions

Freeze and press tofu.
Mix 3 tbsps oil and heaping teaspoons curry, heat for a few minutes. Once fully mixed, add diced tomatoes, fresh veggies, seasonings, and tofu, cook for 10 minutes on low.
