Ingredients

    3 Tbs Egg White
    3/4 C. Skim Milk
    2 Tbs. Oil
    1.5 Cup Rasin Bran Cereal
    Mix the above to gether and let sit 10 minutes

    In a seperate med. bowl, mix together the following:

    1 C. Flour (I used all purpose)
    1/4 or 1/2 sugar or sugar substitute
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda, cinnimon, nutmeg

    Combine wet mixture with the dry ingredients
    If too thick, add more milk

    Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes

    Makes 9-12 muffins
