Ingredients

2.5 lbs (1 bag) 100% natural Tyson Chicken breast
tenderloins (thawed, or ice glaze removed before
    marinating)
2 cups plain yogurt (fat free is fine, but I use my homemade
    whole-milk yogurt)
2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese, variety seasoned with sun-
    dried tomato and basil
    1 tsp lemon zest
    Fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
    2 tsp dried oregano leaves
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
    1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed

Directions

Place chicken in large zip-top bag. Mix all other ingredients. Pour over chicken. Squeeze air from bag and seal. Marinate 3-4 hours. Skewer chicken and grill until done, or bake in oven 400 degrees, 10-12 minutes per side.
