Ingredients

    # Lightlife Smart Sausage (Chorizo Style), 85 gram(s)
    # Birds Eye California Blend Vegetables, 140 gram(s)
    # *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3/4 tbsp
    # Salt, 1 dash
    # Pepper, black, 1 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Cut the chorizo into bite sized pieces and line them in the bottom of a roasting pan. Cover with chopped veggies and sprinkle all with a little olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 30-40 minutes stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.
This makes 2 servings.
