Introduction

This is like a jambalaya, only seafood and it's delectable. It goes great with white rice and if you have any leftover (which tastes better the next day), you can enjoy it with some cuban bread. Believe me, the sauce tastes to good to throw away! This is like a jambalaya, only seafood and it's delectable. Ingredients

    shrimp, raw, 32-oz
    onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    garlic, 6 cloves, chopped
    basil, 2 tbsp. chopped
    tomato sauce, 4 cups
    tomatoes, diced, 15-oz can
    lobster, raw, 6 lobsters, cut in thirds

Directions

Saute onions, garlic and basil in oil for abouut 3 minutes; now add the tomato products, making sure to lower the heat to medium-low. Now add everything else and cook together in a pot for recommended time or til you feel the lobster are done. It makes approximately 12 bowls 8-oz. each.
