Introduction

Ingredients

    12 Lasagna Noodles
    1 lb. Ground Beef
    1 jar (24 oz) Spaghetti Sauce
    2 cups Water

    1 egg
    2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
    15 oz Ricotta Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Brown meat in skillet
Drain
Add: 2 cups water and jar of spaghetti sauce
Bring to boil

In bowl, mix: egg and cheeses

In 13 x 9 pan layer:
Meat Sauce
4 Lasagna Noodles
Half the cheese mixture
Meat Sauce
4 Lasagna Noodles
Rest of Cheese mixture
Meat Sauce
4 Lasagna Noodles
Remaining Meat Sauce

Cover with tin foil
Bake 40 minutes

Remove tin foil
Bake 15 minutes
