Introduction

Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    15 medium baby carrots
    1 stalk celery
    3 medium dill pickles
    1 oz plain fat free yogurt
    2 tsp spicy brown mustard

Directions

Mash the chickpeas.
Finely chop carrot, celery and pickle and add to chickpeas. Add mustard, yogurt, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Spread on crackers, whole wheat pita or as a sandwich spread!
