Introduction

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa and fibre sure in a large bowl.

Mix canola oil, applesauce, vanilla and water.

Divide into 12 paper lined muffin containers (muffin tin)

Ingredients

    1.5 Cups of Flour
    1/3 Cup of Brown Sugar
    1/4 Cup unsweetened Cocoa
    1 teaspoon Baking Soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup Fibresure (unflavoured 3 grams of fibre / 1 tsp)
    1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1 Cup of water

Directions

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until springs back to touch.

Makes 12 full size cupcakes.
