Beef, round steak, 2 lb
DelMonte Organic Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 2 tbsp
Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Pompeian Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
Garlic powder, .5 tsp
Pepper, black, .25 tsp
Cornstarch, .0625 cup
Mushrooms, fresh, 226.7 grams
Water 1tbsp
Directions
Cut steak into serving-size pieces (4oz aprx) and place in crock pot. Mix next 7 ingredients in small bowl. Prep mushrooms and halve smaller and quarter larger mushrooms and put on top of steak. Pour sauce over mushrooms and steak. Cook on low for 7-7 1/2 hours.
About 15 minutes before you are ready to eat turn crock pot to high. Mix water and cornstarch together and add to crock pot and mix in. Cover and finish fixing the rest of your dinner. By the time you are ready to eat the sauce should be thick. You can also take the meat out and thicken it in a pan on the stove if you prefer.
