Two boxes of Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice (Fast Cooking),
1 Onion
1 lb frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees;
Cook Rice according to box;
Sautee onion;
Steam broccoli according to package;
Add cream of mushroom soup to cooked rice, then add broccoli and onion all in a casserole dish;
Bake for approx. 30-45 min or until slightly browned on top. Makes about 12 one cup servings.
