Ingredients

angel food cake prepared as directed on the box.
2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberiies thawed.
8 serving size box of sugara free raspberries jello ( or 2 boxes of 4 serving size)
2 cups boiling water
1 8 ox container of lite cool whip
1 cup of fresh rasberries for garnish.
Directions
Bake an angel food cake as directed on the box. After it cools cut or break it into 1 inch pieces.
prepare sugar free raspberry jello with 2 cups boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes until disolved. Set in fridge for approx. 30 min until somewhat set. Add 2 cups frozen raspberries and stir.
put half the angel food cake pieces in the serving bowl, layer half the raspberry jello fruit mixture on top and then spread half the lite cool whip over the raspberries.
repeat each step and garnish with fresh raspberries. Chill for at least 2 hours covered and serve. Makes 12 or more servings and may be klept in fridge refrigerated if any leftover.
It looks and tastes wonderful. Use a triffle bowl for appearance to woo the crowd.
