Ingredients

    2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. ground hamburger
    1 can (15 oz) Enchilada Sauce
    1 can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
    1 bag (14 oz) Doritos
    Sour Cream (optional)

Directions

Set aside 2 cups of chips and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Crumble the rest of the chips. Combine all ingredients except ones set aside and put in 9" x 13" casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 20 mins. Remove from oven and spread on sour cream (optional), rest of cheese, and the rest of the chips. Bake an additional 5 mins.

Makes 10 1/2-cup servings.
