A healthy and delicious breakfast drink you can take with you!
No cooking required all you need is a blender!!

Ingredients

    -Your favorite oatmeal (instant or old fashion)
    -Your favorite milk , I use 6 oz. almond milk or more to thin it
    out
    - Fresh or frozen fruit, I usually combine 1 banana with
    blueberries, or frozen mangos and papaya.
    - a dash of cinnamon and/or nutmeg (optional)
    - a few cubes of ice
    - Place all ingredients in blender and puree for until all
    ingredients are blended well.
    -Enjoy!
