Ingredients

    2 cups diced cooked roasted chicken
    1 large hard boiled egg chopped
    1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
    1/2 cup diced raw onions
    1 tbsp mayo
    1 tbsp honey mustard
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Directions

blend all ingredients in a bowl mix well and serve.

makes 4 1 cup servings

I like to enjoy this over a peice of whole wheat or whole grain toast with tomato slices.
