Ingredients

    1 cup Quaker Double Chocolate Muffin Mix
    1 egg (I used egg replacer)
    0.6 cup Water
    1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly spray or line muffin pans.

Pour mix into mixing bowl.
Add egg replacer/egg, water and applesauce.
Stir until all ingredients are blended.
Spoon batter into muffin pans.
Place in center of oven for 20 mins or so.
Cool for 10 mins before removing from pan

Makes 6 muffins.
