Ingredients

    1-1/2 cup vegetable bouillon
    1/2 cup uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thaw and drain
    1 can French fried onions
    1 T grated Parmesan cheese
    1 pound fish fillets
    fish seasoning and paprika
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Combine hot bouillon, rice, and seasoning in 8 x 8 dish. Bake, covered, for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Top with broccoli, 1/2 can French fried onions, and Parmesan cheese. Place fish fillets over. Sprinkle fish with fish seasoning and paprika. Bake covered for 20-25 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and remaining French fried onions. Bake uncovered for 3 minutes more or until golden brown. Serves 4.
