Introduction

Whole wheat pizza dough made in bread machine, then topped & baked. Delicious! Whole wheat pizza dough made in bread machine, then topped & baked. Delicious!

Ingredients

    1 1/8 C Water
    1/4 C Olive Oil
    1 TBSP Sugar
    1/2 TBSP Salt
    3 1/4 C White Whole Wheat Unbleached Flour (or all purpose unbleached)
    1/2 TBSP Bread Machine Yeast

    14 oz Jar Prepared Pizza Sauce
    1 bag Shredded Pizza Cheese (2C)

Directions

Place ingredients in bread machine in order listed. Run dough cycle.

Lightly grease large cookie sheet with olive oil. Press dough out. Let rest while oven preheats to 425. Press again, pressing up sides to form crust. Top with 1 jar prepared pizza sauce - I used Kroger's Pizza Parlor Style, 14 oz. Add 2 cups shredded pizza cheese. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes, depending on your preference.

If you bake this on a pizza stone, up oven temp to 450, bake 15 minutes.

I make this pizza once a week and my whole family loves it!
