Ingredients

    Barilla Plus Penne, 1/2 box (7oz)
    Birdseye Pepper Stir Fry 1 - 1 pound bag (fresh is better)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 1 tbsp
    Dried Thyme Leaves
    Sea Sea Salt and Fresh Black Pepper to taste
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Publix Greenwise Mild Italian Chicken Sausage, 1 pound (casing removed)
    Swanson (Organic Vegetarian Vegetable Broth), 2 cups

Directions

Boil pasta according to package instructions

Lightly saute peppers, onions and garlic in olive oil
* When using frozen vegetables be sure to thaw and drain prior to cooking

Add spices, sausage, vinegar, and broth

Bring to boil, allow liquid to evaporate and form a glaze

Toss with pasta and enjoy!
