Introduction

Slow cook all of these items over a double boiler. I typically take about 1/2 cup of the recipe to work and eat with fruit in the morning. Ingredients

    2 cup Rice Dream Original Rice Milk
    .5 cup Steel Cut Oats
    .5 cup Rye Flakes
    .33 Cup Wheat Bran
    1 cup water

Directions

Put all ingrediants except the 1 cup of water. As your ingrediants cook and you stir you can adjust how much additional water you want as to how thick or running you like your breakfast of porridge.
Makes about 8 1/2 cups of cooked cereal.
