Ingredients

    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    1 1/2 cups milk
    3/4 cup four
    1/3 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter or margarine in 9 inch pie plate. Turn oven to 450. Mix rest of ingredients in blender until smooth. Bake 20 minutes, then an additional 8-10 minutes at 350.
