Ingredients

2 Garlic cloves, chop
3 cups cooked white rice
1 T butter
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chop
1 egg
4 tsp. brown sugar
3 T fish sauce
Directions
Makes about 5 servings (1/2 cup each)
1. Add garlic and butter. Saute for about 3 minutes.
2. Make sure rice is cooled off. Add rice, fish sauce and sugar. Mix for about 5 minutes.
3. Move rice to the side leaving a little space. Drop egg and let it cook for about 1 minute.
4. Mix rice and egg together.
5. Add parsley and mix for a minute.
6. Add pepper (optional).
