Introduction

This is an adaption to a recipe I found here using Broccoli instead of spinach. This is an adaption to a recipe I found here using Broccoli instead of spinach.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    ~ 12oz Package of Frozen Broccoli
    ~ 2 cups Eggbeaters
    ~ 1 cup Skim Milk
    ~ 1 tsp Garlic Powder
    ~ 1 tsp Black Pepper
    ~ 1/2 cup 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

~ Microwave Frozen Broccoli
~ Mix in bowl Eggs, Milk, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, and Cheese
~ Add Cooked Broccoli to bowl
~ Spray muffin pan (with Pam)
~ Ladle out into large muffin pan (makes about 9)

Bake 375° for 30 mins or until golden brown and knife can be inserted cleanly, cool for about 10 mins after baking and Enjoy!
