Ingredients

    375g pork (4 x steaks)
    pepper
    salt
    ginger
    Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 180˚C

Tenderise pork by stabbing over thoroughly with a fork.

Sprinkle pepper, ginger, salt and Worcestershire sauce on each side.

Bake for 10 - 15 minutes on each side.

Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetables.
