Introduction

This recipe calls for boiled chicken to be shredded. I have also put the first 4 ingredients in the slow cooker and then after it is done, I transfer it to the baking dish and added the crackers and butter on top. Ingredients

    4-6 Boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
    8 oz sour cream (Fat Free)
    2 tbsp poppy seed
    1 tube ritz crackers (reduced fat)
    1 stick butter, melted

Directions

Boil chicken for 1 hour and shred or break apart. Stir togther chicken, soup, sour cream and poppy seed and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes then mix crumbled crackers and butter and place on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for another 15 minutes
