Introduction

Ingredients

    3.5 cups water
    About 1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 a chicken or beef boullion cube
    1/2 cup egg noodle flakes (optional)
    About 6 slices mushroom (optional)
    Salt to taste

Directions

Bring water to boil.
Add onions and boil until tender.
Add boullion and cook until incorporated.
If using the egg noodle flakes, add around the same time as the boullion cube and cook according to directions.
Add mushroom slices before serving.
