Ingredients

    2.5 lb lean top round beef roast
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and halved
    1 lb. baby carrots
    1 packet lipton onion soup mix, dry
    1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
    1/2 can beer

Directions

Trim all visible fat from beef roast. Place in crock pot. Peel potatoes and carrots, place around roast. Top with remaining ingredients. Cook in slow cooker on high, 6 hrs or until done.
