Introduction

This is the Full English Breakfast that my soon to be mother in law taught me while i was there in england.and YES it's a real english breakfast.it's best as a brunch meal at the weekends.. Ingredients

    2 Pork Sausages.
    3 Bacon Slices.
    2 Eggs.
    1 Slice Whole Meal Bread(Toasted)
    1 Large Tomato.
    A Little Olive Oil To Drizzle.

Directions

1.Place the sausages under a hot grill & grill for about 15-20 minutes,turning frequently,until they are well browned.
2.Meanwhile,place the bacon rasher in a dry frying pan and fry for 2-4 mintues on each side,depending on how crisp you like your bacon.Remove from the frying pan leaving all the excess bacon fat,and keep the bacon warm.the frying pan can then be used to fry the eggs if u choose to have them fried.
3.The tomato halves can be placed under the hot grill with the sausages.drizzle with a little oil and season to taste with salt and pepper (if you wish) before grilling for 3-4 minutes.
4.The mushrooms can be grilled with the tomatoes or quickly fried in the frying pan with a little extra oil added(if wished).
5.once everything is done serve and enjoy..
