Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 lbs lean ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken, venison)
    1 lg onion, diced
    1 pkt Taco Seasoning (lower sodium)
    1 pkt ranch dressing mix
    1 can Mild Rotel
    1 can diced tomoatoes
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Pinto Beans
    1 can Dk Red Kidney Beans
    2 cans White Shoepeg Corn
    2 cups water

Directions

Brown meat with diced onion. Stir in taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix. Add all other ingredients (undrained) stirring well. Bring to a boil then lower heat, cover, and simmer 2 hours stirring frequently. Also works great in a large, 6 qt or larger, Crock Pot.
