Ingredients

    Preheat oven 350*
    The easiest way to peel peaches is to blanch them for a minute or two in boiling water, peel and slice peaches. Place peaches in a 9 by 13 casserole mix in splenda and 2 Tbls cinnamon. Top with chopped strawberries. Cover with a half box of reduce sugar yellow dry cake mix and oatmeal. Cover with melted butter and bake 30-45 minutes. Makes 18 servings.
