Ingredients

    dei fratelli whole tomatoes no salt added
    *Parmesan Bel Gioioso 1 inch cube, optional
    lean ground hamburger, 4 serving
    Garlic powder, 6 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 4 tbsp
    Parsley, dried or fresh, 2 tbsp
    Basil dried or fresh, 2 tbsp
    Mrs dash garlic and herb, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cook hamburder with onion and 4 tbsp of powder until browned all the way though. Add tomatoes ( crush with hands when adding or with spoon), rest of garlic powder, parsley, basil and mrs dash. Let simmer for 10 to 15 min then add cheese. Simmer an additional 10 to 15 min then serve.

    This is a good low fat and low sodium spaghetti! Because its good for people that don't want to loose shape or figure.
