Ingredients

    1 package Turkey Lit'l Smokies
    1/2 red bell pepper diced
    1/2 onion diced
    1 cup Okra
    1/4 cup diced green chili, canned
    2 tbsp fresh parsley
    1 can pinto beans

Directions

place smokies in a pan and heat on medium low. Then add onion and pepper and sweat. Mix in geen chilies, okra, tomatoes and beans and simmer on low for aprox. 5 minutes. Stir in parsley just before serving.
