Introduction

This is one of my favorite things to make on a cold day. It is even better the next day when flavors mix. Freezes and reheats well.

Ingredients

    32 oz.Lean Ground Beef
    10 oz can Rotel, Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
    15.25 oz can of Black Beans
    15.5 oz can of Great Northern Beans
    15.5 oz can of Brown Beans
    15.5 oz can of Red Kidney Beans
    15.5 oz can of Hominy
    1 pkg of Good Seasons Italian Dressing, dry
    1 pkg of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, dry
    1 pkg Taco Seasoning, dry
    1 med. onion, chopped
    2 cloves of garlic, chopped
    2 cups of water

Directions

1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
2. Put all ingredients into large pot.
3. Simmer 1 - 2 hours.
4. Serve with sour cream and cheese on top, if desired.
