Economical and Tasty since I am (male) a hearty eater I add a cup of green beans to each serving and charge separately. My spouse prefers with out the green beans and she adds salt and pepper. Using frozen instead of canned ingredients will also improve the sodium content.
Canned salmon with dill makes a great low fat sandwich when made this way. Make them open-faced for even fewer calories.

got recipe from Pillsbury.com but change the mayo to light and used whole wheat tortillas instead.That changed the calories from 430 per serving to 364. I'm sure you could reduce the number of eggs to reduce it even more.
