You just mix one half of a pkg. of sugar free lemonade with your fresh brewed tea. If you don't like the taste of fresh green tea, but want to experience the health benefits, use one bag of black tea and one bag of green tea. You won't know the difference. This is a lot less expensive than the pre bottled kinds and I think it is better.

To cook wheat berries...add 1 cup of wheat berries to a microwavable bowl and 2 cups water. Micro 15 mins then stir. Micro 15 more minutes then stir. Taste to see if they are done the way you like. If not, check water (add some if needed) and micro in 5 min intervals till you reach your desired doneness.
I do 40 mins total. Then it's al dente !
As for the ingredients, you can add what you like. These are the ones I like.
This salad make a Great side dish. Winter or Summer !
