This is just like the original from the Frank's Red Hots website but adjusted to a more healthy low calorie version. It's excellent with celery or whole grain chips.
Simple but bland Italian Dressing. It works for a last minute fix. I reached for my dressing and discovered I had none so I threw this together. You may tweak the salt and pepper to taste.
While this is not a low calorie soup, it is a simple application of fresh pumpkin that can easily stand alone as a meal or accompany a grilled salmon salad as a 4oz serving.
Mix all together and place in a container, using only 2 tbs per bottle of dressing
This is great for when you are doing FP salads, or would like to dip some veggies.
