Lasagna Rolls
From Giada de Laurentiis -- This recipe originally calls for 6 servings, but it is incredibly fattening and high in calories. I personally would only be able to eat one roll, and this gives 2 per serving. I also made many changes to lighten it up, such as a butter alternative, whole wheat flour, 1% milk, low fat ricotta, less parmesan cheese, low fat mozzarella, and egg white. However, if you are a purist, go ahead and use her recipe full strength!
