lentils powder soup, carrots, caulliflower, cellery, potato and herbs "rosemary and basil"
This is a hearty soup...I originally made it with only 1/2 lb meat, but my husband insisted that it wasn't enough!
I tried this recipe on a whim and was verry plesantly suprised. it is a little bland but a touch of pepper makes all the difference. Make sure to add the prosccuito (uncooked meat that should be able to be obtained at any deli) because it adds a lot. if you are on a low sodium skip the meat and spice up the soup. Buon Appetito!
My husband hates vegitable soup. An Italian neibhor of mine suggested I make this for him. If your significant other doesn't like chunks, put it in the blender and make a bit of a puree out of it eliminating the vegitable chunks with all the same taste!
Amazingly good! Make it as spicy or not as you like. With these ingrediants, it is not too spicy.
Once you take this ONCE, it will be the ONLY thing you'll be allowed to bring to any gathering! Crowd favorite!
