I used 12 oz of orange roughy; the recipe calls for a 6 oz fillet of mild white fish (such as tilapia or cod)
I used 1/2 cup skim milk; recipe calls for 1/2 cup plain light soymilk
I use a pancake puff pan.

My 6-yr-old grandaughter loves this one! Not the lowest calorie item, but extremely tasty and give you a lot of potassium and half of your Vitamin A for the day.
This recipe was given to me by a good friend, very yummy! Lots of protein. I like my Chili spicy, so I add more Chili powder and a splash of red hot.
Cut the potatoes and carrots in cubes, and mince the garlic. Add to chicken broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until vegetables can be easily pierced with a fork. Blend using a hand blender. Add cream and simmer for an additional 10 minutes
