I was requested to bring a salad to Grandma Jenny's birthday, on short notice. This was what I came up with so as to avoid a trip to the store!
Traditional Greek sauce. This super easy and lowered in fat conversion is also delicious on grilled meat sandwiches and rollups. In addition, it can also be used as a salad dressing.
This is the cheesiest, most delicious healthy soup I have ever had! My Husband loves it too!
Add rice to boiling water. Cook 5 minutes. Add vegetables and cook till tender. Add cream of chicken soup and stir until melted. Serve hot.
I created this a way to change up just eating cold plain raw veggies all the time. Take whatever veggies you have at home and put in the crockpot. Still get your vegetables and nutrition, but just gives another option to keep you on track!
