My twist on the Mushroom/Broth Soup you often find as a starter at Asian restaurants. You may want to try it with or without the fire oil depending on your taste, or may want to substitute crushed red pepper.

Chicken Broth-8 cups
Potato-6-8
Fat Free Half & Half, one cup
Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered
Cheddar Cheese, low fat, shredded-1 cup
onion, 2 large slices, chopped half
Garlic cloves- 4 (about a 1/2 C.)
Carrots-1 cup, baby
Celery, 1 cup, chopped large pieces
olive oil, 2 T. drizzled
pepper to taste
