These muffins are full of fibre with the flax and All Bran-Buds cereal and the soured milk makes them very moist and delicious. You can substitute the soured milk for buttermilk but they are not as moist. Frozen blueberries and raisins are also great in this recipe.
These are wonderfully moist, complete with some hidden protein from the tofu. My kids LOVE them:)- enjoy!

This is something I've developed so that I get my egg and my bread for breakfast without having the same thing every day and adding tons of calories along the way.
We make our own mochas each morning, using 1 oz of this syrup, 12 oz of skim milk, and espresso. It tastes WAY better than hershey's, and has a lower calorie count than Starbucks!

Famous Lebanese salad! But make it with Quinoa. You choose. Chop the parsley and green scallions as much as possible. I cut the scallions lengthwise first. Cut up the tomatoes into tiny chunks. Add a teaspoon of Worchestershire sauce for flavor as well. Use old tabbouli in an omelet!

I've been making pancakes based on an IHOP copycat recipe for several years, and I've experimented quite a bit to improve the healthfulness. These are packed with fiber, omega-3s, and protein but are still relatively low-cal. They're my favorite weekend brunch - hope you like 'em.
