Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cups of Flour
    7 Table spoons Sugar
    1 Table spoon Baking Powder
    1/2 Tsp, Salt
    1 Tablespoon Pumpkin pie spice
    6 Tablespoons Cold butter
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    3 Tablespoons milk
    1 large egg

Directions

In a large bowl incorporate the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, spices, & baking powder.

Using a food processor or pastery cutter, add the butter to the four until mixture is crumbly.

In a second bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.

Fold the wet ingredients in the large bowl of the dry ingredients to form a ball. On a lightly floured surface roll out the dough into about an 1" thick
rectangle and cut into 8 triangles.

Cook for about 12-15 mins.

Use the powdered sugar and 1 tsp of milk to make a glaze to drizzle over the scones when they are cooled.

Serving Size: Makes 8 large scones
