Easily modified to your tastes. I've done this in greek (spinach, feta, tomato), or all vegetables, all meat (ham, bacon, chkn)or just plain with only cheese. My entire family loves them. Can substitude soft flour tortilla for pita bread. My family favourite is the "sundried tomato tortilla"

This recipe is really OLD, I had to "Convert" it from a Pinch and a Fistfull, and 2 sticks of wood in the stove, to our "Modern" way of doing things. But it is STILL delishious! ENJOY
This is a yummy Tuna Casserole that me and my Daughter just love. It's so good, and I can eat off it for several days. The only problem I have is figuring out the calories/serving size and if anyone can help me I'd be grateful.

Red Pepper Flakes Are Optional. You can add spinach and mushrooms if you would like. Before baking you can add paprika or cayenne pepper.
Got this recipe from Eating Well Magazine. Adapted an already healthy recipe by removing the oil and salt (there's already enough in the cheese) and adding a couple of extra spices for flavour. You could top with salsa or fresh tomatoes if you'd like!
This is a low fat version of my original Uptown Pork Sausage Gravy. I have substituted turkey sausage for pork, skim milk and fat free Half & Half for whole milk, and margarine for butter. Serve it over hot biscuits or toast for a wonderful breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner.
