Ingredients

    2 T. Spelt Flour
    1/2 cup Whey Protein Complex (Standard Process Brand)
    2 Organic eggs
    1 t baking Powder
    2 T Flax Seed (grind into flour)
    1/3 cup whole milk (organic)
    1 med. banana

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. Melt butter in a skillet or large flat stainless steel frying pan.
