Brunch Recipes (Most Popular)
This recipe just came about because I was trying to get rid of food in the fridge to make room for Thanksgiving. Leftover roasted chicken and baked potato and the light dressing makes this salad refreshing. Also great as sandwich filling.
Serve this 30-minute meal as a healthy brunch. The pumpkin and orange juice provide a good dose of antioxidants.

Light and Crispy and most importantly healthy granola that is easy and quick to make, which holds together in clusters well. Add to any flavor of yogurt or have as a cereal with your milk of choice.
These are fantastic! I modified a recipe from another user and even my husband and son thought it was great. You can make a full quiche or make the muffins like I do. I find the muffins are easy for serving portions and just pulling out of the freezer or fridge and warming up!
Yummy baked oatmeal for breakfast! Can take basic recipe then add/subtract berries, other fruit, chocolate chips or peanut butter, etc!
My family originally got this recipe from a bag of government issued flour back in the 90's-hence the name. I altered a few of the ingredients to make it healthier, such as replacing half the white flour with whole wheat, reducing the sugar and replacing the oil with applesauce. You may hate the name but you'll LOVE the pancakes!

I went to state 4-H competition with this recipe in 1987. This year (2011) my daughter has converted it to a healthier version and is competing as well.
